excellent location great choice working air conditioning small room poor view poor soundproofing
The location was excellent. It was only minutes from the park and the tube station. The breakfast offered a great choice. The air conditioning worked really well during a heatwave.
My room was quite small. The window did not offer a very nice view and looked unwashed. I could hear everything from the hallway and the room next door as the soundproofing was poor.

modern bathroom great shower decent breakfast
I found the room decoration nice and modern. the bathroom had a great shower. breakfast was decent. It offered a good start to the day before heading out.
The receptionist mentioned i wasn't allowed to have guests visit my room. That felt a bit unwelcoming! though the location was perfect, the parking was expensive.

varied selection helpful staff
the breakfast offered a good selection of items each morning. the front desk staff was always available and ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
the room had no elevator, so i carried my luggage up stairs.

small bed thin walls
the room i booked looked larger in the pictures it was smaller than expected i felt misled the bed also seemed smaller than it looked the noise from adjacent rooms was easily audible this lack of soundproofing was quite bothersome. the absence of an elevator to the fourth floor was an inconvenience it made carrying luggage difficult

The location is great for city exploration. The staff was helpful and professional, offering useful information. My room had contemporary decor and a comfortable bed head. The room also included air conditioning and a heating rack.
The floorboards creaked quite loudly at times.

Reasonable option near Paddington
helpful staff comfortable bed small room noisy rooms
The location was convenient to Hyde Park. The staff were friendly and helpful . The bathroom was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The beds seemed comfortable.
The room I stayed in was very small. There was no lift, and I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. I could hear noises from other rooms.
